FRP flue: the way of engineering acceptance of FRP flue

The methods of engineering acceptance of FRP flue are as follows:
(1) Check the axial tensile strain value. According to the standard, within 24 hours after the installation of the FRP tank, the original axial tensile strain of the pipeline shall be detected, and the pipeline shall be free of bulges, flat and other sudden changes.

(2) Pressure test. In order to check the installation quality of the pipeline in an all-round way, carry out the hydraulic test according to the test method required by the Code for Construction and Acceptance of Water Supply and Drainage Pipeline Engineering, and the allowable gradient can be implemented according to the specification of seamless steel pipe.

(3) Because the middle of the glass fiber reinforced plastic pipe is connected with a socket type double "O" type sealing ring, it is necessary to apply pressure at the socket and socket for each pipe installed to check the actual sealing effect of the double "O" type sealing ring. Use the electric pressure test pump to immediately test the hole according to the water pressure on the pipe top. Stop the pump after the water is discharged and pressurized to 1.5 times of the pipeline pressure (open the exhaust pipe of the water drain valve during the operation process), and observe for 2 minutes. When the pressure drop value does not exceed 5% of the experimental working pressure, and the branch pipe has no water leakage, the pipe orifice pressure is up to standard. If the pressure drop decreases rapidly, it indicates that the actual sealing effect is poor, and it needs to be reinstalled to ensure that the overall hydraulic test of all fiberglass flue system software is successful. In order to avoid the pipe penetration caused by the construction defects of FRP flue engineering, we can also take the following two effective ways to prevent the defects.
1. We should try our best to prevent laying in the outdoor natural environment, and do not let the ultraviolet light directly shine on the FRP flue.
2. There is also a point that we should choose the sand pipe poured by suction filtration concrete, which can ensure that the wall thickness is suppressed very high density and firm under the effect of suction filtration, and it is not easy to cause gaps and layers, which will further improve the quality of the goods.
In the industry, many acid-base liquids, mainly sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid, will be used in the whole process of production and manufacturing of its products. The transmission pipeline network and storage equipment of such acid-base substances in the middle of the machinery and equipment must have very good corrosion resistance. Therefore, the provisions on the raw materials for the production and manufacturing of such machinery and equipment are relatively strict.

Traditional raw materials are generally made of carbon steel as epoxy resin lining (that is, steel rubber lining), but there are several major defects in this kind of raw materials. First, it is difficult to install, and the key is to solve the corrosion problem of the socket. Second, the quality is unstable, which is very easy to cause the lining to fall off and the machinery and equipment to be corroded. In contrast, GRP handicrafts will not have the problems mentioned above, and its comprehensive cost is far less than the steel-lined rubber machinery and equipment, and the on-site actual operation and on-site engineering construction are also very convenient and efficient. FRP handicrafts are mainly used for pickling and passivation system software, post-treatment process system software, hot galvanizing system software, etc.
