1、 Post-drying and solidification problems
The key reason for blistering after drying and solidification is that the annual rainfall of the rubber is too high, the cold rolling temperature is low, the cold rolling speed is faster, the rubber volatilizes too late and cannot volatilize, resulting in sediment in the pipe. When the pipe is heated and dried, the residual volatilization is heated and swelled, resulting in an increase in the annual rainfall of the residual water in the pipe. It will make the water pipe bubble.
Solution: control the annual rainfall, moderately increase the cold rolling temperature and reduce the cold rolling speed. The reason for the water pipe wrinkling after condensation is the high rubber content. Solution: moderately reduce the vulcanized rubber content of vulcanized rubber cloth and reduce the cold rolling temperature.
2、 The reason of FRP flue level:
1。 The tape is too old; The amount of adhesive tape is small or uneven; 3. The temperature of the hot roller is too low, the epoxy resin melting is not good, and the adhesive tape can not stick to the core very well; 4. The supporting force of adhesive tape is low; 5。 Excessive use of oil remover will pollute the core cloth.
Solution: 1. The adhesive composition and soluble epoxy resin composition of the tape shall meet the quality requirements; The temperature of the hot roll shall be raised to make the tape loose and sticky according to the hot roll, so as to make the core tube firmly bonded; 3. Adjust the support force of the tape; 4. Do not use decontaminant or reduce its usage.
3、 Intraluminal vesiculation
The key reason is that the guide cloth is not close to the key.
Solution: During actual operation, pay attention to that the guide cloth should be firmly adhered to the core tube.
