(1) Tower body: Reasonable profile, stable airflow, excellent material, bright colors, the surface gel coat resin contains anti-ultraviolet agent, aging resistance, high strength, light weight and corrosion resistance. The lower tower body can be equipped with overflow, sewage, and automatic water supply pipes according to the order requirements. Water can be directly absorbed here, eliminating the need for a cooling pool, and a noise-proof and muffler pad is installed on it, which effectively reduces the sound of dripping water.

(2) Rotary water distributor and water distribution pipe: equipped with stainless steel ball bearings, flexible and reliable operation, low water head, uniform water distribution, water distribution pipe made of aluminum alloy or glass fiber reinforced plastic, water collecting plate is installed on the pipe, which overcomes the drifting water phenomenon.

(3) Fans: Low-noise, high-efficiency fans designed according to the parameters of a series of cooling towers, aluminum alloy wing or FRP blades, low noise and high efficiency.

(4) Motor: Based on the Y-series installation size, a low-noise energy-saving motor designed for a cooling tower, with good sealing and waterproof performance, high temperature resistance, high efficiency, and low noise.

(5) Deceleration device: It adopts polyester fiber reinforced neoprene power belt transmission, high temperature resistance, high efficiency, does not stretch in water, overcomes the slip phenomenon, and has low noise.

(6) Sound-absorbing facilities: Ultra-low-noise cooling towers have added shielding with sound-absorbing materials outside the air inlet, and are equipped with sound-absorbing grilles on the upper and lower sides to achieve noise reduction effects. The bell mouth shield with sound-absorbing material and sound-absorbing grille are installed at the air outlet of the upper tower body, which reduces the noise from the fan and the motor.

(7) Intake window: It is equipped with fiberglass louvers, which reduces water drift and small airflow resistance. It is especially suitable for units that need to use cooling towers in northern regions and throughout the year.
